On Friday night,
we met Dan and Bev at the Pit.
(This is a great BBQ restaurant
in down town Raleigh.)
We had a great dinner
and enjoyed a wonderful conversation
with our friends.
I was so glad that they could come
to Raleigh for a visit,
and that we were able to spend some time together.
They are off exploring the Outer Banks until mid-week...
in the rain.
I wish them a happy and safe journey
as they sight see
and make their way back home to Virginia.
