Our 15th Wedding Anniversary

The feelings that I have for Steven

cannot be summed up in a short blog post,

so I won't even try to accomplish that.

We have been through a lot,

he and I.

Some of it very, very difficult,

most of it absolutely wonderful.

I was in love with him the day we got married.

I thought I loved him as much as anyone could love another person.

I was wrong.

I love him more now

than I ever have.

Our life together

has been an incredible journey.

What lies ahead of us

also promises to be quite extraordinary.

I treasure the fifteen years of marriage 

that we've shared so far...

and I look happily and excitedly forward 

to those that are in our future.
